How Do I Fit Within the team:
My role as the owner of the business is to act as CEO of the practice and best manage the day-to-day operations. My role has changed over the last few years from being more front-facing with clients to more working on the business in a practice management role. This involves all facets of the business.
“I am very passionate about also passing on knowledge and education to our clients and firmly believe that the more educated both staff and clients are, the more valuable they will be. I am also a strong advocate of having the correct business culture by having an even balance between working hard, getting the job done, and celebrating team success.”
