What to Expect When We First Meet

Our initial step is to have a Discovery Meeting with you. Before we are able to provide any advice, we would like to meet with you to obtain an understanding of your current needs and complexities. This meeting allows us to properly understand how we can add value to your situation and the appropriate fees that would apply for the work involved. There is no charge for our initial consultations and that all fees will be discussed upfront before any commitment to engage our services is made.

After this meeting, we like to meet with you again and present our Terms of Engagement to you which outlines your objectives identified, our scope of work and our fee for our 12-month engagement

What to bring to the meeting:

So that we can make the most of our time together at our Discovery Meeting we ask all clients to complete our Snapshot Questionnaire and return this document prior to our meeting.
Where applicable, we also ask for you to provide the following documents:

  • Latest superannuation statements
  • Latest personal insurance statements
  • Any statements detailing existing investments (eg. Year-end rental statement summaries or any share details)
  • Loan details
  • Any other documents that you think will assist
  • Drivers licence and/or Passport (which will also need to be sighted for Anti-Money laundering purposes)
